Samsung to release Galaxy SIII, or are they?
It is needless to say that the Samsung Galaxy SIII is one of the most anticipated phone launches for the Mobile World Congress, but is it really? According to new information, the Samsung Galaxy SIII might not launch during MWC 2012 which is set to kick off next month in Barcelona.
According to this fresh rumor, the Korean flagship, yet to be released, might not be announced during the MWC next month, but rather after the congress, still before summer though. The reason for this is said to be the Korean giant’s consideration for the U.S market, which is for natural reasons one of their biggest markets, particularly as they usually get close to all carriers to pick it up. Apparently, the company wants to avoid such a long gap between the global launch and U.S availability.
While it’s now impossible to predict what Samsung will actually announce ruing the MWC, it’s safe to say that they will release some new interesting device — perhaps a refresh for the Galaxy Tab, as it’s starting to get outdated and we’re due a round of quad-core processors this year. Other rumors say that we will see a new Windows Phone by Samsung. However this year’s Mobile World Congress will end up, it will be interesting.
