Can anyone help I have lost my backup and need to restore my theme_bg1.swf,theme_bg2.swf to origional , does anyone have a backup ???

I have installed the theme manager and have the list of themes on my screen but cannot select them. I have been told I need to edit the themelist.txt file. Can someone please tell me where this file is, how to edit it and what to edit it too. Any help would be appreciated as I am finding this very frustrating

Can anyone please tell me how to do this via bluetooth. I don't have a usb cord for my LG Viewty so bluetooth is the only thing I can think of.
