And that the file is called cube3D.swf

@plimper yeah profiles does not work for me either.. that was a prob on the english version of i.3d..

Nice one Joe! i have been playing with mine all day.

i've added in a FPS counter and the most i seem to get is 15fps - do you know if this is the handset limit or can it be set through actionscript? changing it the normal way does not seem to affect it.

I'm trying to boost it up - more experimenting than anything - i've already gone through all the gfx for ribbons anim and optimsed them down to approx 3k each but that does not seem to make any difference either..

PS. i've also changed the date format on mine so it says Saturday, 15 March - looks better i think

Software revisions (V10a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h etc) are NOT updates but different Brandings! Swapping them will lose operator functions like MMS, internet etc! If you are unsure, don't do it!

Ok i found out my problem.

Heres how i got it to work with theme manager...

Created a new folder called Cube3D copied the cube3D.swf into it and posted it in the themes folder (from theme manager)

added the line :

<Cube3D ThemeName="Cube 3D" Path="//mmc1/Themes/Cube3D/cube3D.swf" />

into the filelist.txt notepad.

Thats it. My problem before was that i named the folder "Cube 3D" not "Cube3D" do not add a space and it works!

Thanks theme is great!

Couple of suggestions... maybe a slight slow down on the spinning will prevent it blurring wildly as its a bit uneasy on the eyes?

im on t-mobile and i always find that the themes open up t-zones rather than web n walk... which is annoying for me as t-zones makes it quite irritating to surf the web. Is it possible to change that if your on t-mob?

cheers.

@Indy, the blur is actually in the anim.. its built in so to speak so cannot be changed unless its redone..

The TMob problem is because your XML file points to different things.. Joe you might want to load the refs from a seperate file to enable peeps to customise it for the different firmware versions..

Prefs in external txt file -- I hear you. Put it on the features list for (v1.0)
Profiles section should be coming in (v1.0) too, though this may be slightly different from the cube menu... we'll see

Known about it all along because it's there in i.3D
The frames in the cube animation for the profile section simply don't exist... so I'm going to have to make something from scratch which will take a few days at least
