Coloured Icons in the Black Theme

Right I must have seen this posted a few times, but I'm not sure theres been a definitive answer,
so - is there any way of getting the menu icons from the silver theme working in the black theme?

-- I know you can use the Theme Manager but that replaces the Silver theme so things like contacts etc... are still in silver

Good question, I've never seen a final answer on this subject. I really like the black theme with the icons of the silver.

this would be pretty interesting, the black was my fav theme b4 it was hacked.

This has been answered so many times im not sure how you managed not to find it.

The black theme for most Operator locked Viewty's is broken. If you pick black theme and actually get a total black background then it is broken, youre supposed to get a grey scale theme (like the one in Theme Manager).

What this also means is that if your Black theme is broken NOTHING will work in place of it, the software fails to actually load the theme in any way shape or form.

If your version gives you the grey scale Black theme then you can rename the theme_bg2.swf to theme_bg1.swf and use it as normal with the black icons and black menu backgrounds.

You could try like this:
1. Extract coloured icons on your pc
2. Replace uncoloured with coloured
The only problem is: in the demo you cant save.

I have a registerd version so how would i go about doing this in a way that would allow color icons with the black theme?

If you replace uncoloured with coloured icons in these files, i think it should be possible.
Hacked black Theme Nyxs
There is already a black Theme with coloured Icons, but the background is black. Here

I actually did it a while ago, but seem to have lost the file somewhere...
I'll redo it sometime at the weekend if noone beats me to it
