The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 mobile phone is the first Sony Ericsson product to use the Windows Mobile operating system. Slide out the QWERTY keyboard and the whole thing has the appearance of a tiny laptop%u2026 although that's not the only way to use it. The 3-inch screen is touch sensitive, there's a 4-way navigation key, there's handwriting recognition and there's also an optical joystick to move your on-screen cursor.

There are way too many features to list here, so let's just say it's a phone equipped for fun and work. The entertainment part boasts DVD-quality videos and a 3.2 megapixel camera. The work part has special mobile versions of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook for your contacts and email. Plus there's GPS, WiFi and ultra-fast 3G HSDPA. With its premium quality metal body and intuitive usability, the XPERIA X1 makes it easy to stay connected.
