Google Maps

Hi all,

i have a t-mobile viewty with firmware version 10a on it. i decided to update google maps from http://www.google.co.uk/gmm

as soon as i installed it i tested the app and it no longer works. it just goes to the black screen and then back to the menu screen. i have tried installing it a couple of times to test but still nothing

any ideas?

I'm on the O2 network - same problem Tried multiple installs [today], resetting the phone. No change. Any ideas or access to known good jar/jad files would be much appreciated!

I downloaded the link within the page & it worked fine. Sounds like at the mo everyone with the viewty is having probs with google maps ver 2.0

Thanks Cougarkitt . I tried version 1.62 - same problem. I then followed the link on the page to ver 1.3 [http://www.google.com/gmm/support.html] and hey presto!
