I will build some kind of debug option in there. Probably tonight or tomorrow. I'll give me a lot more info on what the program is (or isn't ) doing.

Ps; it could be that you have another modem in your computer. Try all COM ports and check if you have more then one. The program only checks if it's a modem, not if it's a Viewty.

The other port it says: No phone found

Maybe the program doesnt connect with my bluetooth or sth? Or the + in the number makes a problem ?

I tried to do it with the cable and now it works fine !
Maybe I understood it wrong but I thought it was possible with bluetooth.. My bad is it's not possible at all :$

It's build to work with bluetooth, thats the way I'm using it. As the datacable and Bluetooth make the same kind of connection (use of a COM port) it should work on both!
Are you sure your phone is paired with your computer in bluetooth? If it's possible, please PM me all the modems you have on your computer (see your configuration panel > Hardware and Sound > Phone and Modem options)

I'm trying to build a kind of logging mechanism for the app, but i'm not sure if it's worth all the work as all the Viewty's work the same and errors should popup on my PC as well.

I skipped the logging mechanism because of the large amount of extra work. But selecting a COM port should be easier as it now returns names of the modems listed. You'll easily see which one is the Datacable and which one is the Bluetooth.

I also created a function to return the phone model. In case of selecting a normal modem (56k6), it normally would say the connection is good, which was, but just the wrong device So it now returns the model number, or a message that you probably selected the wrong device as it didn't give a model number.

I just released a new version. There was a bug with the DateTime, which is now fixed. The problem is that it affected all previous SMS Archive messages, and those aren't supported anymore.
