Samsung Tocco F480 Widgets

Help!

I cant seem to remove unwanted widgets from the widgets bar on the main screen. I have done the obvious, ie. menu, settings, display and light settings, display settings, widget and then selecting the widgets i want on screen. The only problem is that when i save and come out its still showing certain widgets ie. event toolbar, music player, radio etc. which you cant deselect from the above menu (menu, settings, display and light settings, display settings, widget).

Is there something obvious im doing wrong?!

Can anybody help me remove my unwanted widgets!

I also have the same problem, it seems can't del anything from widgets?

It's the same on my new phone. but I don't see it as a problem that some widgets must remain! It's obviously programmed that way.

Why do you want to remove them anyway? the widget bar is all but invisible when it's closed.

I found the same problem too!! after i tried it for couple of times, i gave up~ha~~

I think HHJ1 firmware has more options, the radio and music player dont bug me as much.

to remove widgets from the screen:
menu
settings
display & light settings
display settings
widget
& just un tick anything u don't want =)

has anyone had problems with the birthday widget as today i noticed that all my birthdays had stopped showing up being replaced with the message no birthday, enter birthdays for your phonebook
but i have birthdays saved with my contacts one being today but still wont show up =|can anyone help me??

I've got exactly the same problem as Emmie and Vixter...
I know it's not improtant (many might find it silly) but it's really pissing me off!!!
I just wanna see the upcoming birthdays...!!A lot to ask?I always seem to forget them somehow when the day actually comes

It is annoying, especially since it was working when I first got the phone and I haven't changed anything
