Hi there everyone!

The birthday widget not showing any birthdays is a bug with older firmware versions, simply updating your firmware will fix these problems, as this has happened to me on an Orange firmware before I updated mine to debranded F48FXEID1 (Which includes Pink menu options). The radio, music, events, operator widget ALWAYS stay on the widget bar (these cannot be removed)
The weather widget, google search widget and the rest can also be deselected too

my phone has a widget for facebook but all it does is open the m.facebook.com website.

Hello, do you know if there is currently a way (unofficial too), to completely remove the widget bar in newest Samsung phones (Halley, Beat DJ, Corby, B5722)? I really think it is a resource hog!

its the service providers that load the stupid widgets on the phone , why cant they ask you what widgets you want then they can put them on for a person . since the phones are so expensive these days you should get what you want

or even better yet when you get the PC SUITE it should allow you to create your own widgets
