If you go to Samsung Instinct - Samsung Instinct and register you will be able to view their "member built apps" threads.

Alternatively you could just visit Instinct-Software.com . Some are paid apps, but many are free (most are utility based apps).

If you want games...well...you're going to have to find someone who knows where they are. I-S has a strict policy against pirated games/software.
