Default Battery Indication is not correct

Well I don't know if I am the only person who has this problem, so that's why I'm asking.

I have no problems with my viewty battery lasting. When I don't use the MP3-player/camera it'll go for about 4-5 days.
However, the battery indication is all wrong. At first it has 4 barrs, ofcourse this is normal. These 4 barrs stay there for a long time (3 days+). Then suddently it's down to 3 bars, and when this happends it means I got aprox 3-5 hours left of my battery.
This is verry annoying because this way I am unable to tell wheter my battery is fully charged, or not.

If anyone has this please post, if not it might be my phone. If anyone has a solution to this please tell me. (And please don't throw those increase your battery live solves at me, the battery life time is good).

Ditto for me. First time I got my Viewty I played with it for a day and a half, saw the bar drop by one, then suddenly it died!!! I haven't had a chance to test if it's a regular thing, from the sounds of it, probably.

3 bars is usually Ok for a good long while for me, but when it drops to 2 bars you need to go find your charger, cos you only really have a few hours left, much less if you use it at all.
this isn't exactly unique to the u990, the majority of gadgets have a kind of 'stepping' thing going on when it comes to battery indicators and how much actual battery power is left. you just have to get used to it.

I have had this problem, all of a sudden my battery life gors from 3 bars to low battery. I have had my Viewty for about 2-3 months now and i have found that it has got better over time, i am guessing that the battery just needed to be worn in, or something like that. Still not perfect but it is better than when i first got it.
