keep my viewty -or see if i can get w910i

I love my viewty, it has lots of character and features. Although i am thinking of maybe seeing if i can get a w910i.

I'm not too fussed about the camera because i dont take that many pictures.

The w910i has buttons (YES!) and a slide style.

It also has an accelerometer and includes a game called marble madness. You tilt your phone to move the ball etc.

Im not after a smart phone, just something i can play games on, text on, make the occasional call and take some pictures.

Does the w910i support mp3 ringtones?

edit. Also the w910i supports themes, so i can change the look of the whole phone and not just part of it.

the w910i does support mp3 ringtones.
it can take flash lite themes. modding capabilities are endless for sony ericsson.
can unlock for free with Aerix unlocker. (aerix only supports A2 sony ericsson handsets.)
accelerometer is a good feature, you can create your own flash lite wallpapers to interact with the accelerometer.
BUT....
the sony ericsson w910i has bugs,
like the phone restarts itself could be once a day. or up to 2-3 times a day.
also sometimes when composing a new text message the phone is known to crash.

i would reccomend for you the sony ericsson w595.
its a newer handset has better accelerometer. newer walkman player. better flash lite. also accepts flash themes.

W910i has MANY bugs. I discovered even a bug for changing song with shaking it without holding the button behind. Also better camdrivers can take better pictures but WORST video. The buttons aren't easy to use , so you won't be able to write texts or call or even play games. It has the WORST audio that can hurt your ears and when I got it my SEMCBOOT (EROM) crashed and DIED...Trust me

My friend has a W910i. Its not that bad, although I do miss my old w810i that i got two xmas' ago. it broke three times in one year. My recommendation, get something other than a Sony Ericsson. I'd get a Nokia if you want buttons and flash, but I'm not quite sure... it is your choice.

I have had them both, I recommend you stay with your Viewty.
W910i is one of the most buggy phone I have ever had. It used to restart at least once a day and the sound was crap, the camera as well.
The slider got loose after 2 weeks of use, and I didnt use it that much.
If you want to replace your phone, replace it with something better, but not with SE.
