Back in June I moved over to Orange from o2. The only reason I did this was because I get 30% off my contract through work, but only on Orange. So I thought, excellent! How wrong I was....

Since June I have NEVER had a full 5 bars. Download speeds are pitiful, call quality is shocking, and no visual voicemail?? I mean what the hell, we are talking about one of the UK's leading mobile carriers are we not?

Having checked the coverage map on the Orange website, I can see that there is NO reason why I should be getting such poor service! And when I phone Orange? Like getting blood from a stone -.-
