Upgrading to a new firmware !

hello guys !

i have problems with my viewty open v10a :/
i need to upgrade it with the last firmware to see if these proplems will be gone but i don't know how !!
can some one pls help me with this ? i appreciate it

one of these proplems is that my phone is connecting to internet by it self, i called my network provider and disabled internet cos of that
it was on 3G next to service indicator, but now its always on H

P.S. i tried to reset the settings but still not solved

As for the network thing,are you on 3g or GSM?Try this:settings/phone settings/connectivity/network settings/network operation.you`ll see 4 options:auto,3g,gsm 900/1800,gsm 1900.Try to change those settings,according to your area.I guess that gsm 900/1800,will do the job.Try that and come back if you,by any chances,face any problem.
