cause i have the lg update tool which should update the firmware and i found a orange firmware from frnce on the lg program however it ask for the imei or sn and the imei and sn of mine is blocked cause its a prototype not a boxed model like yours i got mine here in colombia
south america and it has no box or any accesories just basic phone and on the back it says not for sale
like i said try and download the lg update tool

and youll see update for kc910
if you use emergency recovery mode
the prog recognizes
imei to be that of kc910 but when i enter
imei sn
it sys my model does not support
sw updte
and when i try to use french updte it says the same thing
so i htink my specific imei is blocked try it and let me know what you get using youre imei

to check if its availeble so

hmm thats quite confidential and you could block my phone. nothing against you dude but, i have had people phone me up at lg saying some has blocked their phone because they gave them the imei. sos

darn can i ask you another favor do you think you could send me your phones imei and sn cause when i try to use emergency recovery mode in lg update tool it says it can update but my imei is not valid which is 004401093911119
so i think mine is blocked cause its prototype
