Camera Problem - Green Tint in Centre and spot?

i recently bought the renoir from my friend, second hand. i noticed later that day that when i took pictures there was a small dot - (looks like maybe a speck of trapped dust?) in all my pictures. then later on in the evening i noticed that whenever i used the camera, there was a distinct green tint in the centre of the image. this tint is much less noticeable when i am outside taking photographs, but when i am inside, i can't help but notice it. i am otherwise very happy with the phone, but wondered if there is anything i can do about it? should i phone lg up and have them fix it? i've cleaned the lens numerous times, and even cleaned it with vodka, but nothing has helped. i attach a picture taken with the camera to show the green tint.

i hope anyone can help me with this. although it is only small, the camera function means alot to me, and i really wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible. please help. thanks

really? like exactly the same? so this is a hardware issure across more than just one handset then? interesting

We've had a few people complain about this before, it's sort of common - but not really, I believe it to be a hardware problem, you might be able to buy a spare camera unit through ebay or somewhere, if you do want to do that, I'll put up a link to a dis-assembly guide to the phone, it's fairly simple.

Mine doesn't have this camera problem though.

Yes i noticed it on first phone i had, sent it back due to the speaker blowing. Noticed it on the second phone i got.

I have removed the first black piece with the silver lens cover before, but thats as far as I went, go slowly cause too much pressure may crack it.

i've got the green spot issue..only noticed after this was posted but I dont notice it affecting my final pics only slightly on the preview.

it affects all my pictures now the top half of the camera is blurry :s i haven't done anything apart from flash the firmware, i'm annoyed tbh :/
