how can i make sure that the phone that i bought is not a second phone ???? i try ask few of my friends but they dunno know how maybe becz they all ar sony and nokia user. So can anyone help me here ??? my phone is arriving soon so i hope that i will be able to check it when it arrive .. thanks

I've searched this forum for screen help but couldn't find what I was looking for.

My screen is blank - phone is working
I have removed battery and sim card and restarted several times but nothing.

And before you ask no it hasn't been in water or rained on.
It was happily sitting on the side in screensaver mode then just wouldn't work.
