Wow. I'm confused here. (I'm researching while posting here).
In Brazil, we have a network 3G that works in the following frequencies:
HSDPA 850 and 2100
I've flashed my renoir with v11m fw, which has no support to these frequencies.
Anyone knows what fw can I flash to the cellphone which supports HSDPA 850 and 2100 ?

Renior's only have the 900/2100 UMTS freq. Your 3G should work on the 2100 if you have it in your area. Are you setting up your internet profiles for your carrier?

I think this is what I need (900/2100). I am really noob on this.
However, since I've installed v11m, I enter in the "secret" menu (3845#*910#), Network Settings, and these are the options:

WCDMA 850
WCDMA 900
WCDMA 1900
WCDMA 2100
GSM 850
GSM 900
GSM 1800
GSM 1900
AutomaticI think I have installed the wrong fw. Any fw version will fit my needs (HSDPA 900/2100) ?

I have read this on Portuguese wikipedia, about my carrier:

"No final de 2007, as operadoras Claro e Telemig celular lançaram suas redes 3G UMTS/HSDPA na freqüência de 850 MHz..."

Translating:

"At the end of 2007, carriers Claro and Telemig Celular launched their 3G networks UMTS/HSDPA in the frequency of 850 MHZ..."

More informaton about my carrier in Portuguese Wikipedia:

"Atualmente a operadora possui cobertura 3G em mais de 280 cidades, operando nas freqüências 850 MHz ou 2.100 MHz."

It means:

"Currently the carrier has 3G in more than 280 cities, operating in frequencies of 850 MHz or 2100 MHz."

So, I think some fw with HSDPA support to 2100 do the work. What fw has this support?

actually, i use linux (mandy2008.1), and i run windows XP using virtualBOX to do all my development and flashing.
