Hi, i was trying to use the custom black theme here and when i changed the LGAPP name the phone screene turned yellow and said refreshing, now nothing works what can i do?

You need to connect with EFS and rename the folder back to LGAPP

Do you have any info on changing the touch tone sound. I would like to maybe change this from the splash sound to another sound (e.g. http://free-loops.com/force-audio.php?id=4834). Although this may become more annoying in time. Failing this I will just turn it off.

to change the volume do i change all of the 'rx X _db' or just one random 1?

I believe the list is a set of volumes, so say you select volume 5 it will be slightly less than volume 6, so in essence i think you could just increase the higest one but i would change them all just to be consistant and of course i may be wrong. I will try to find out and confirm this

ok thanks mate that sounds about right to me lol. i just changed rx20_db although it doesnt sound like it has gotten much louder but i guess it will have to do as im too scared to go any higher lol

I think this is useful info someone else needs to confirm it...

I have just flashed 2 KC910's one of them sim locked to Orange and the other one open (not simlocked)

the unlocked one flashed 1st time no probs to KC910-DZ-V10k-JAN-31-2009-OPN-EU-VMC.dz

the locked one stoped before the writing media stage with the phone stuck on the yellow screen so after lots of messing we sussed out that we needed to remove the sim card on the locked phone.
after trying without sim it worked 1st time. The phone is still locked but now has latest firmware and all the annoying Orange stuff is gone.
