With the current ROM no you can't send files via Bluetooth

I have tested another ROM called Kagudroid on Hero and Bluetooth FileTransfer is perfect

so u have to update the ROM on it ?
i havent bought the phone yet but im really close to it and i dont know why they would do that. bluetooth file transfers are so commonly used these days that it would be stupid to have it disabled ! but when i get it, i will try the Kagudroid !
thank u very much

omokas eisai ellinas ?

By the way HTC didn't block the bluetooth, android does because the android makers thought that they don't need Bluetooth so they didn't add Bluetooth support on build 1.0, 1.5 and 1.6. Finnaly Bluetooth support is added in 1.5 and 1.6 with some applications that currently work only on Kagudroid and other Android phones. Also bluetooth support is added fully in build 2.0 and 2.1

Nai eimai ellinas :P
