Exclamation Yellow Screen of Death 'Unavaliable Wallpaper File'

Hi,

I have major problems!

I managed to brick my Viewty - So after trying lots of alternatives I had to flash it using the 10a Degals version and directions as outlines in the Wiki. Everything went fine until the final reboot where I get the Yellow Screen of Death and the message 'Unavailable Wallpaper File'.

Now having read through the many pages with this error tagged I am aware that this is most likely a 'locked phone' issue. I assumed my phone was not locked as I bought it as an 02 handset but was able to use my Vodafone UK sim card without any problems.

One thing I did do was back up my original firmware; however the files have become corrupted somehow, so now I do not even have a back up!

Any help getting my phone back to working order would be brilliant.

BTW I know I am an idiot

Regards
B

Smile Re: Common Problems & Queries- Read This

Hi I have a strange problem with the camera and video, I can use the front camera without problem but the 5mp camera shows black and white vertical lines it even records the lines and takes pictures of the lines, I am not sure what has happened it worked a few days ago and now it doesn't, I have done a full reset through the service menu, that didn't work so I was thinking of flashing the firmware to see if it will fix the problem, has anyone else had this problem and if so could you help me please.
Thanks

It might be a cameral lens or generally the camera module (hardware) faulty. Try to reflash with LGMDP and a firmware for your KU990 in .dz extension.

If you need help PM me or add me at my msn (atimoterataki@hotmail.com)
