before that,try something more.remove the battery from the phone,and put it back in....

Too bad I couldn't fix your phone, I wish I could so you wouldn't need to pay for a new one. But it seems the Unavailable OTP Block needs a online paid client/service to be fixed, no free way

If I find something about how to fix it with an online client/service I will PM you
