I TRIED IT AGAIN, IT SAYS:
UNKNOWN ERROR : 26 UPLOAD ERROR : theme_bg2.swf UNKNOWN ERROR : 26 failed to replaced it using efs tool. pls help. thanks.

You can try to replace this using this method(TOTO)!
TOTO method: *Connect using EFS MEDIA BUILDER! *Rename LGAPP to TOTO! *Click "Disconnect"! *Wait untill yellow screen appears! *Reconnect the phone! *Refresh! *Go to TOTO\Media\swf\theme! *Replace the files! *Rename TOTO to LGAPP! *Click "Disconnect"! INFO! You have to be very careful because if you do something wrong you can brick your phone!

Right-click on the white space in the UP-RIGHT box , you will see an option called "Refresh"
