How to get into Gang Image Mode

My phone is still bricked. I can only get into emergency download mode or gang image mode. I used lgmdp euro to make a nv backup and it worked, I dont want to flash it yet, cause i cant backup my flex.ini files or any files in the lgapp folder(cant rename lgapp folder either, cause I cant get into my phone). Is it difficult to get flex.ini files for your phone - I specifically need a south african Vodacom one.

I didn't know about gang image mode but yesterday I saw my flex.ini file read my phone was from Germany while I am from Holland. I thought it would be smart to change it to the "right" settings but my phone kept rebooting itself after that.....
So every time before it rebooted I had a few seconds to get into the filesystem and after five times I managed to upload my backup file It was hard because I had to go trough tree directory's every time and press write before it rebooted so it took five times. In gang images mode I could have done it more easy, thanks for this, I may need it later.

I am from India, have been using KU990 for a year. It is a phone from the U.K. I frequently used to face the EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY state so tried putting in the Indian f/w version last night only to end up screwing up my whole phone. While flashing with the .dz file, there was some kind of WRITE error. then there was the yellow screen of death. Then i tried to put back the original f/w but the same error occured. I tried restarting the phone but it wont. I cant even start it in EM mode or Gang image mode. Plzzzzzzzz HELP ME OUT!!! or else i am DEAD!!
