I guess it depends on the aspect ratio you chose. 3:2 is not equal to 400:240. As a matter of fact, 3:2 is not a standard ratio for either film or TV and is likely to distort your video. Try 16:9 instead, it's closer and is the most frequently used widescreen format.
(For non-widescreen video, use aspect ratio 4:3 to avoid distorsion.)

ok. I have the + sign only for videos I converted to 320*240 with the bundled divx converter. whenever I try to convert the Videos (of 16:9 format) to 400*240 I don't get the + sign (I guess the phone thinks of these videos as full screen) and the videos are absolutely not full screen.
when I used the xilisoft converter with the same aspect ratio of the movie, I got the same results...
I'll try 16/9 ratio with 400*240 res. with super now and see what will happen.

i saw the video converting tutorial and maintained the same settings as described. what are your settings?

Hi friends,

I never had this kind of full screen issue. i have tried 640x480, 1024x768 res. divx movies on my viewty and they work perfectly.
y to change res. jst copy divx movie watch it on full screen and delete it.

@anyone
Just take a look at my tutorials for Super and Dr. Divx here.
You should not have any issues later on mates.

Kind Regards

I noticed you're using "stretch" when you covert with SUPER. perhaps my problem of full screen was this one- I didn't checked it.
