The jailbreak for 3.0, according to the dev team, will only be released after the 19th following the release of the 3G S. As for Summerboard, it was replaced by Winterboard a long time ago. My advice is wait for the official dev team release or risk brickage.

oke so the one above to download isn't safe i didn't tried it yet so we have to wait until 19 of june and winterboard is the same as summerboard.

The downloads above are the final developers seed of 3.0, it is not a beta but there is still time for Apple to change things b4 Wednesday. It is safe to download and install, but there is no jailbreak as yet. You can of course just wait till Wednesday until the update pops up in iTunes. According to the Dev-Team, a jailbreak will follow the release of the new iPhone 3G S on Friday, and they sound confident that they can also get a Yellowsn0w working for 3.0 too.
