Found this the other day and have to say it isn't bad, and totally free.

It comes with 20 free programs ranging from video convertors to dvd burner, but the main reason i like it is because it comes with 2 programs specially for the iPhone;

• Free video to iPhone converter
  
• Free youtube to iPhone converter

The first is very very simple to use, simply browse for the video on your pc and then convert straight to mpeg4 (mp4)

Studio Manager? I am the first time to hear that,
search "Studio Manager" in google, The introduction is not good, and the function not refer to free youtube to iphone,
I have got a lot of FLV files, and wanna convert them to iphone(h264, AAC).
I used online flv converter Media Converter, It can do it free. as more, allow users to do setting s about the output video.
