Issues with posting threads and downloading

Hi all users.

I'm sorry if over the last few days some of you have had issues starting new threads.

I had made a mistake in the config which stopped regular users being able to start new topics. It was an accident and I apologise for any inconvenience.

You should now be able to start a new thread provided you have replied to at least 3 posts.

This is to ensure new thread are not started, without searching, for similar topics and also to help cull the number of registration bots on the site.

Thanks to all memebrs for making this a great forum and thanks to those who reported the issue to me.

Also to follow this, anybody who was having issues downloading should now be able to without problem.

There was an issue with the database which has now been fixed.
